Allergies... Smallergies

If you can remember back to a post i did in July or August when we had to rush Jax to the ER for an ellergic reaction.... well it happened two more times after that. These first few photos are of when he woke up one morning in October and his face looked like he got sunburned everywhere but his eyes and mouth.... unexplainable and so very weird!!!

So after the first incident in the ER we took him to an allergist and ran a few tests.... sure enough he is EXTREMELY allergic to CASHEWS !!! And all tree nuts, and a little to cats and dogs =( ha did great with his tests though .. I am proud of him and his fear of doctors. 

SOOOO then again in November he woke up one morning like THIS!!!!

 His body was covered head to toe with welt like hives, even in his ears, the creases of his arms and legs, he looked like a completely different kid! Everything was swollen as well...

 I don't know if you can tell but i was trying to get a pic of the welt on his leg and in the crease of his elbow.

 Can you tell how far the hive sticks out!?!

The doctors conclusion on the last two random hive outbreaks were a simple reaction to a common everyday occurance like a virus or infection. Yeah I'm not so sure I'm comfortable with that explanation, but I guess we'll see his progress or not.
